Project Information

When will I hear back about my project inquiry?

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to your inquiry. If you do not hear from us, please feel free to send and email to info@dahdesigns.com for project follow up.

What's the turnaround time on an individual project?

Turnaround time is based mainly upon the following variables:

  • Current projects already in progress
  • Priority projects based on deadline and expedited via paid rush fee
  • Difficulty of project (design, film, and/or photography )
  • Payment installments being paid on time

If you feel that any of these do not apply to you, please reach out to us via email to inquire about your project.

Are you willing to travel?

We currently will travel for any project. Project fee will include transportation, meals, and housing. This is subject to change based on location and alternative accommodations.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been place and is being processed. You will receive another email including tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. For any questions, please send an email to sales@dahdesigns.com with your order number included.

Do you provide international delivery?

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is your return policy?

We currently offer returns for damaged, misprinted, and/or defective items. For more information regarding our returns policy, click here.

What if the clothing item I purchased doesn't fit?

At this time, we are not able to make exchanges or provide refunds due to sizing. Please try purchase to your size as accurately as possible.
